Absolutely. You can sign up for a 14-day trial that provides you access to all of our Premium IT documentation features. At any point during the trial, you can choose a plan and securely pay by credit card from within your account.
At the end of your 14-day product trial, all your data will be purged out of the ITBoost system. During the trial, you have the option to export all your data in CSV or JSON format.
A User is anyone who signs up and logs into ITBoost to create, read, edit and delete permissions of any records associated with the account. You can add as many Users as you want on any plan.
ITBoost gives you the ability to add as many External Users as you want. These are read only licenses that allow anyone with External User permissions view records, but they will not be able to add, create, edit or delete any records. You have the option to limit the External User access to a specific company or multiple companies. When an External User logs in, they will only be able to see the company dashboard of the company, or companies, they have been granted access to.
Depending on the payment plan you choose, you will either be billed monthly or annually (annual plans are paid in advance for the full year, annual plan pricing for the month per user is displayed to demonstrate overall monthly cost savings for this plan).
We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway. Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments are accepted. All payment information is encrypted and securely stored in Stripe’s state-of-the-art data center.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry.
We currently do not charge sales tax.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle. You can check the date of your next invoice in the Manage Subscription page under the System Settings Section (dates are displayed in the month, day and year format).
We do hate to see you go, but we understand sometimes things like this happen. And we’re STILL here to help! You can cancel your subscription from the Manage Subscription settings. Your cancellation will take effect on the last day of your current billing period, whether that’s monthly or yearly.
There are no refunds or credits for partial or unused months, except for administrative errors or where an ITBoost associate has expressly offered a refund.
Yes, we combine enterprise-class security features with comprehensive audits of our applications, systems, and networks to ensure customer and business data is always protected. We run ITBoost on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and our instances are located in Oregon – USA, Sydney – Australia and London – EU. The AWS cloud infrastructure has been architected to be one of the most secure cloud computing environments available.
You sure can! Just go into your Manage Subscription settings anytime to upgrade or downgrade your IT documentation plan as needed. When you upgrade, you will be charged the prorated amount of the difference in the subscription. On downgrading your plan, the new billing changes will apply on your next billing cycle.
ITBoost is offered only as a Software-as-a-Software (SaaS) platform. We weighed the pros and cons of both on-premise and cloud solutions deeply when we started, and a cloud-based system allows us to service our clients much faster and more effectively.
Subscription fees include all maintenance, upgrades, hosting, and support.
