ITBoost Joins ConnectWise Marketplace & Invent Program
We’re excited to announce that ITBoost has joined ConnectWise’s Invent Program. Invent is ConnectWise’s official partnership program for Solution Integrations Partners and allows us to work directly with ConnectWise product and development specialists to ensure our software integrations deliver the highest value to our mutual partners.
As a result of working closely with ConnectWise, ITBoost is available in the ConnectWise Marketplace, and is integrated and certified for ConnectWise Manage, Automate and Control. These integrations allow critical data from ConnectWise systems to easily be viewed and acted upon from within ITBoost, making it easier, faster and up to 30% more efficient for our partners to deliver service to their customers. This equates to increased profitability and improved client satisfaction – a winning combination!
Ali Peracha, our CEO and Co-Founder, recently traveled to ConnectWise Headquarters in Tampa Florida to meet with product specialists and BDMs and collaborate on the next evolution of our development and partnering strategy. These developments have accelerated quickly, and after we announced a major release to ITBoost at ConnectWise’s ITNation Connect event in November of last year. ITBoost Version 3 is our most ambitious revision to date, taking platform performance to a new level and including many new features and improvements, including the release of a brand-new UI to improve the overall user experience.
New Prospects for ConnectWise
As you may have heard, ConnectWise has recently been acquired by private-equity investment firm Thoma Bravo, and want to congratulate Arnie and his leadership team for this major accomplishment. A shout out to Jason Magee is in order as well for succeeding Arnie Bellini as ConnectWise’s new CEO. Just like Arnie, Jason is very much committed to partner success-including MSPs and technology alliance partners. We feel Jason has been a strong ally and champion for ITBoost throughout our relationship, and we congratulate him on earning his new role.
According to Arnie, there were 7 other private equity firms in the hunt, as well as the option for ConnectWise to pursue an IPO, but Thoma Bravo was able to work with ConnectWise to create a multi-year strategy that aligned with their mission, vision, culture, and partners. It sounds like the synergy the 2 organizations were able to create and their cultural alignment, along with a strong strategic success and growth plan were key to Thoma Bravo winning the deal.
We expect our relationship with ConnectWise to continue to accelerate after this news and look forward to continuing to work with the great team at ConnectWise.
